Refund policy

  4. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Downloadable digital products.
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within [X] business days.
